Sorry, Robert didn't wok on my hp nx9420 (Radeon Mobility X1600).
In GDM both screens have been "wavy" and after login the external vga remains wavy and the build-in is ok.
Should I also try DVI or do you think that this won't work too if VGA doesn't work?
