SRU Justification

Impact: rtl8192se vendor driver does not work consistently. The vendor
has made many improvements since the initial (not very robust) version.

Patch description: Update vendor driver to 0015.0127.2010. This version
has much better integration with cfg80211.

Test results: It appears to have fixed at least one user's problems. See
