[Bug 555442] Re: Gnome-ppp fails under ubuntu 10.04, works under 9.04

Gnome-ppp still fails at the user level as shown above.  At the super user level, my Acer laptop with a Zoom usb modem
 connects with the following messages marked critical:

I am glad I can connect with the dial up modem, but confused by these messages.
