A year late, but assuming you've been copying and pasting logs, this
looks like a simple typo as you've missed the 'n' in 'cleanup':

Kernel command line: root=UUID=076a4c4b-7ae4-4375-9e13-6ab1c3ed8de9 ro
enable_mtrr_cleaup quiet splash

enable_mtrr_cleanup works on my AspireOne AOA150.
