It is still has problem

Problem is with WiMax drivers. for me I resolve it by removing files i2400* from /lib/firmware. 
I understand that i cannot use WiMax but I am not going to use. 

If you think, that do not working device it is good you can close this bug.....
Anyway it is not critical for me.
