I just noticed this error for the first time today, been a few days
since I updated, was about to do that, I stepped away from my laptop for
a bit and our router was rebooted. When I returned I saw the warning.  I
will run the apport-collect command and then upgrade to the latest
version... Hopefully it won't come around again...
