I have VERY similar issues. My new ZFS pool sis degraded after I tried
some torrenting. In the attached dmesg you can see I'm getting similar
errors. I'm running the 2.6.32-21-generic -kernel on amd64. I have two
drives attached to the Marvel controller on my board (ASUS P6T Deluxe).
I'm not 100% sure they are the same drives the dmesg shows, but it seems
likely.

status: One or more devices could not be used because the label is missing or
invalid. Sufficient replicas exist for the pool to continue
functioning in a degraded state.
action: Replace the device using 'zpool replace'.
