Passing noacpi results in similar results (screen flickering on
movement, launching fullscreen video causes black screen) though no
errors in dmesg.

Passing acpi=off  results in normal operation (screen doesn't flicker,
launching fullscreen video is fine), however, dmesg gives  "vgaarb: this
pci device is not a vga device" and the secondary screen does not work.
