I found I was receiving this error message as a result of
'/tmp/mkinitramfs_vcsiO8/scripts/local-top/cryptroot prereqs'. Upgrading
cryptsetup to lucid's version made the error message go away. I didn't
touch apparmour. This leads me to conclude that perhaps the dependency
on cryptsetup ought to be a versioned one (ie. it should depend on
lucid's version). :)
