I don't believe this qualifies as a duplicate of bug 528688 at all.
This deals with the network connection dropping during heaving network
traffic, specifically using iwl3945.  The kernel crash mentioned in the
original report only occurs during a workaround involving reloading
iwl3945, and while that may be a duplicate of 528688, it is a separate
issue from the main problem here.
