ok, I grep for resume and see, that last working resume was this

/var/log/messages.1:Apr 15 17:59:41 nbtxc kernel: [1266874881.055304]
PM: resume devices took 3.784 seconds

not sure, what update can cause this failure?

Hardware didn't changed... I played currently with the nvidia binary
driver and also removed the package too... but the problem is still
present
