** Description changed:

  When trying to report a bug on the package "linux" when booted to an
  older kernel it fails to report it stating that the package is not a
  genuine package.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Boot into latest kernel (in this case the version is linux-image-2. 2.6.32-20.30)
  2. Reboot into linux-image-2. 2.6.32-19.28
  3. Report bug using the following command "ubuntu-bug linux"
  4. Answer the questions that you are asked
  5. Get the error:
  "The problem cannot be reported:
  
  This is not a genuine Ubuntu package"
  
  What i expect to happen:
  To be able to report the bug
  
  What happens:
  Unable to report bug due to the above error
