[Bug 562052] [NEW] AppArmor leaks children profiles when parent is removed first

When a profile containing children profiles or hats is removed before
its children are (what is done by the apparmor_parser and initscripts).
Then the children profiles are removed from availability but the memory
associated with them is leaked and never freed.
