[Bug 560550] [NEW] [filesystem iocharset] filenames in Cyrillic are not read properly on fat32 FS

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Files with filenames in Cyrillic (Bulgarian in my case) which are stored
on a FAT32 partition cannot be read and Nautilus shows only question
marks instead of Cyrillic letters (for example, "???? ??????????.doc").
Maybe UTF8 iocharset should be used explicitly in '/etc/fstab'.
