[Bug 561367] [NEW] unable to boot with linux kernel version 2.6.32-19-generic and 2.6.32-20-generic

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

the used partitions are partion 1 as ext2 for /boot, and partition 2 as physikal volume for encryption. in the encryption there is a lvm, in which the root-directory is.
While boot the system asks for the password for the encryption. After successfully provide that, the system falls to busy-box. With the use of "cat /proc/mounts" I can see, that there is mounted a other logical-volume than the volume for "/" as root. Also I found a message, that it don't find "/sbin/init", of course this is because it mounts the wrong logical volume.
In "/boot/grub/grub.cfg" the entries for 2.6.32-19 and 2.6.32-20 look like the entry for the working 2.6.32-18 kernel.

Note that the attached logs give the kernel version as 2.6.32-18-generic
which is the older, working kernel. The failing kernel is
2.6.32-19-generic and 2.6.32-20-generic
