Public bug reported:

I have just upgraded from 9.10 to 10.04 (beta 2?) on my asus eee-pc
1005-HA with do-release-upgrade -d, upon the first boot, I have tried to
find out if there were any new files to put it up-to-date, and the
linux-image was one of them

as soon as I came back from the next boot, apport started reporting this
warning on the kernel... I am not sure what had caused it or how to
reproduce the symptoms, but I am willing to help you guys figure it
out... let me know if you need log files, config files or if there is
any test I can try
