I was upgrading my lenovo T61 laptop from 9.10 x64 to 10.04, but it got stuck on Found linux image: /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.32-19-generic over and over in the Terminal part of the upgrade window. After waiting about an hour, I decided to ctrl-c and continue the rest of the upgrade. It finished, but the latest kernel is still not installed. Now I'm trying to install the kernel still and when I run apt-get install linux-image-2.6.32-19-generic I get this:
Internal Error: Could not find image (/boot/vmlinuz-2.6.32-19-generic)
So I did an apt-get remove linux-image-2.6.32-19-generic and then an install again and it seems to have worked this time.
