[Bug 560149] [NEW] usb keybord does not work at startup

On startup the usb keyboard (Logitech diNovo edge, wireless but not
bluetooth. Uses regular USB HID interface) does not work. I have to
reach behind the computer and unplug it, then re-plug it in to get it to
work. Major pain in the ass, as this is a media-center PC which is
stashed away out of sight in the living room. I've searched for other
bugs like this but they are always like "Keyboard doesn't not work
20-30% of the time." This is every time, and unplugging-replugging the
keyboard fixes it every time.

The keyboard works fine in Grub and Windows 7.

PS: reporting this bug was a Kafka-esque nightmare. Searched google for
"report ubuntu bug" and got the wiki page. There it says to go to
Launchpad.net, but the "Report a bug" link on launchpad.net takes me
back to the fucking wiki! The wiki page also says to the ubuntu-bug
command, but that won't let me report a bug if I don't know what package
it should be filed under. Tried searching for the "ubuntu" package at
launchpad but it said "too many matches" Gee thanks! The wiki also says
to use the "Help" menu, but there is no "Help" menu in the main-menu.
There is "Help and Support" but that is neither helpful nor supportive
for this purpose. FINALLY figured out that I could report via Nautilus,
and that's how I'm here.

<insert cliche diatribe about how long I've been using ubuntu and how
sick I am of all of this, things breaking after every kernel update,
etc. etc...>
