Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid Lynx) beta 1
Wireless network PCMCIA cards require insertion twice before detection.  Occurs with Enterasys CSIBD-AA-128 and Belkin F5D8013.  The "pccardctl status" shows "no card" on the initial insertion but identifies it on the subsequent one.
