Public bug reported:

I just downloaded the new beta version of ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx, after
few hours th system shows a window that says "KERNER PROBLEM, Your
system might become unstable and might need to be restarted"

it was installed by upgrading my 9.10 version
system i386
