Ok, just finished tests.
Using quota on ext4 in a karmic kvm 32 bit guest causes Kernel prints,
like you can see.
# /etc/fstab: static file system information.
UUID=344eb110-6e61-49d7-9da4-3cf810ce4d92 / ext4 relatime,errors=remount-ro 0 1
# UUID=344eb110-6e61-49d7-9da4-3cf810ce4d92 / ext4 relatime,usrquota,grpquota,errors=remount-ro 0 1
