I've uploaded a test kernel to http://people.canonical.com/545039/.
Please install it and test it out. When the bug occurs, hopefully we
will see some output in dmesg that will help us diagnose the mutex
issue. It isn't guaranteed that any useful data will be output though,
so this is just a first step.
