Booted Lucid Lynx, plugged in the webcam and it worked! Just great! Do
you still need kernel-logs?

  When I plug in my webcam, a Logitech Quickcam Fusion (lsusb = ID
  046d:08c1 Logitech, Inc. QuickCam Fusion) it won't work. I get this

  But I've found a workaround in the Gentoo Forum:

  If I plug in the webcam and type in "rmmod uvcvideo" and then "modprobe
  uvcvideo" the webcam gets recognized and works!!!
