Hello Michael,

The only difference between our laptops (VGN-Z21WN/B) is that i still have the older bios version :
azzeddine at zed-laptop:~$ sudo dmidecode -s bios-version
R2168M3

You can ask in the sony vaio z series mailing list if anyone have this issue :
