Daniel,

Adding model=vaio to the kernel boot options fixes this bug for a LiveCD
session. Attaching debug info...

** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: pulseaudio

Testing today's Lucid ISO in a live session and my fairly ordinary Intel
HDA audio is not configured, so I get no audio at all.

The speaker icon shows dashes, Sound Preferences show that no input
devices are detected, and my laptop is silent.

Tested audio after installing and audio is working as normal, so this
looks like it only affects live sessions.
