  * debian/netbase.init:
    - Replace the "start" command with a call to upstart-job
  * debian/control:
    - Depend on upstart-job
  * debian/netbase.postinst:
    - Remove old start symlinks on upgrade
    - Only install symlinks for runlevel 0 and 6
