You are right, I am sorry, I thought Elie Charest trying unpatched kernel too... but I think name of this bug should be "...suspend with DRI (needs KMS _and compiled patched kernel_) because just KMS do not solve the problem:)
Now I am trying to compile the kernel, but have troubles
The UTS Release version in include/linux/version.h

does not match current version:
"2.6.32-rc5-custom1-next-20091029"
but this is different story.
