[Bug 458218] Re: cannot upgrade kernel to 2.6.28-15 or newer

After working on this bug further, I found that there was an error tied
to /etc/kernel/postins.d/dkms This dkms file was empty and would hang
installation at every turn. I renamed the file to dkms.bak, re-ran the
installation and everything worked flawlessly.
