[Bug 88530] Re: USB ports: connect-debounce failed, port disabled

I am on what i think is Karmic's newest kernel

arthurb at aetna:~$ uname -r
2.6.31-14-generic

and see the same behaviour. all usb devices stopped working as soon as I
plugged in an iPhone to charge.

(I can confirm that the USB cables is OK, i use it to sync the iPhone on
