Renate, your suspend log shows that /usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/99video
was disabled. Do you know why?

I also see that it suspends with these two quirks: --quirk-vbe-post --quirk-vbemode-restore
Did anyone try disabling one of those quirks?
