[Bug 455385] [NEW] not able to upgrade the kernel

Public bug reported:

You can clearly see in my report that I'm stuck with 2.6.31-13 kernel,
there was several updates to 2.6.31-14 they are both installed, but
*uname -r* command says 2.6.31-13.. I guess that there is a problem in
GRUB or kernel headers??
