[Bug 487264] [NEW] ndiswrapper should accept EXE files

Public bug reported:

A number of drivers are only released as EXE files. ndiswrapper should
allow users to install their windows driver from a windows executable,
or at least give instruction on how to get the .ini file from and .exe
file.
