[Bug 464134] Re: Dvd drive not supported for Karmic

I have a Thinkpad T30 and a Dell 960 that both have this issue (or one
manifesting in the same way). So far I see only "me too"s. Aside from
the repeating error, what information can we provide to help
troubleshoot this?
