If we look at the e820 as passed to the kernel by the BIOS it does not
show any ram above 3GB, the BIOS claims there is 3GB of ram from 0GB
physical only.  I would suspect that you may need to tell your BIOS to
enable this ram/remap this ram above 4GB physical to get it visible to
the kernel.  Overally it appears to be a BIOS issue not a kernel issue.
