[Bug 480086] [NEW] Karmic 32-bit kernel only recognizes 3GB with 4GB in the machine

My Lenovo T60p has 4GB of memory installed, as witnessed by the BIOS and
lshw. However, even with the PAE kernel installed by default in Karmic,
only 3GB are recognized. This is a fairly fresh install, with todays
updates on, and without having touched the kernel setup at all.

Hmmm... I can't tell if the ubuntu-bug info is included on this web
