well, if I diff rs400.c from Ubuntu daily PPA and from linux 2.6.32-rc5 patched to next:
diff rs400.c /usr/src/linux-2.6.32-rc5/drivers/gpu/drm/radeon/rs400.c

so it seems not patched to me? Please correct me:)
