Documented in the Beta technical overview:
The mdadm package in Ubuntu 9.04 Beta will fail to assemble RAID10
arrays on boot. Other types of RAID are not affected; investigation of
this issue is ongoing.
This is a high-priority issue which should be fixed for release, so I
don't expect we'll need to document anything in the release notes.
