Now I may succeed in reproduce it :

using skype then launching skysentials.py ( released tool on skype
project to send sms)

and then appears in kern.log :
Mar 23 20:42:40 MadPrt-010909 kernel: [ 8722.832729] process `skype' is using obsolete setsockopt SO_BSDCOMPAT

Then system freezes, blackscreen ! Using  Ctrl+Alt+XXX doesn't work anymore
I cannot even come back to a console using ctrl+alt+F#.

Maybe could have a link with some python compatibility.

Someone know how to check what are the exact packages I updated this
afternoon ?Is there any log of adept of aptitude ?
