Sorry to inform but initramfs-tools - 0.92bubuntu25 does not fixed this
problem. I am still getting this warning and USB misbehaves.

I am running linux-image-2.6.28-9-generic  2.6.28-9.31 (latest). Can we
look at this issue again?
