I have the same problem in my DomUs (Dom0 is fine).
I need to destroy/create the VMs to recover.

Host:
# uname -a
Linux sahana 2.6.24-23-xen #1 SMP Mon Jan 26 03:12:59 UTC 2009 i686 GNU/Linux

Guests:
# uname -a
Linux sahana1 2.6.24-23-xen #1 SMP Mon Jan 26 03:12:59 UTC 2009 i686 GNU/Linux

dmesg.log & lspci-vvnn.log from host attached
