I can confirm this bug on a D945GCLF2 / Atom 330 board when running
kernel 2.6.28-13-generic. It occurs within a few minutes when running
heavy network traffic (NFS server).

I have now upgraded the kernel to 2.6.30-10-generic (from Karmic), and
have been running for 10 days without any issue at all! It seems like
the issue is solved in the newer kernels, so please try a 2.6.30 kernel
and report whether the issue can be reproduced.
