Public bug reported:
The problem was the following. I upgrade xorg and linux-headers-generic
to the lastest version at the same time. When installing linux-headers-
generic, DKMS did not manage to recompile the nvidia module. This kernel
version booted ok but without the X working (no surprises there since
nvidia wasn't loaded). Graphics works ok with previous kernels!
