On my ThinkPad T60p, I rebooted from Intrepid to Windows XP, but could
not associate with the AP in Windows.  Powered off the system completed,
cold booted into WinXP, and it associates fine.  Rebooted into Intrepid
(warm boot), and now it associates with the AP again.  This ath5k
problem seems to happen after a hard freeze in Intrepid puts the Atheros
card into a bad state.  Need to see if cold boot into Intrepid might
work the next time I get a hard freeze.
