I don't need the MODULES line, however I do need 'ifconfig wifi0 up' (I
modified resume_nm in /usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/10NetworkManager)

This appears to be a regression BTW - in Ubuntu 8.04 it wasn't
necessary.
