[Bug 317152] [NEW] BCM5752 w/ LACP doesn't work in intrepid 2.6.27-9-generic

With ubuntu kernel 2.6.27-9, LACP does not work with a Cisco Switch (ws-
3750g-ts) and a broadcom + intel pro/1000 mt nic bonded together.

Stopping networking (/etc/init.d/networking stop), compiling the new
driver, insmod'ing it, and restarting networking fixes the issue.

The driver I used was 3.92n released 24th of Dec, 2008, downloaded from
http://www.broadcom.com/support/ethernet_nic/netxtreme_desktop.php

I compiled the tgz and installed it.

Can we get this driver updated for the next kernel/release?
