[Bug 331849] [NEW] Notify-osd icons should be installed for hicolor

Public bug reported:

Not all new notifications by macslow work with the gnome iconset, because brightness and volume (two examples) don't have the icons installed properly.
For that reason I guess they should be installed in hicolor instead the human icon theme.
