Installing the following packages would be enough to satisfy your needs:

linux-headers-2.6.27-12
linux-headers-2.6.27-12-generic
linux-image-2.6.27-12-generic
linux-restricted-modules-2.6.27-12-generic
linux-restricted-modules-common

Those meta-packages were made obsolete during 2.6.27-11 to 2.6.27-12
upgrade, however I do not think it is a good policy.

linux-image-generic
linux-restricted-modules-generic
