same here with:

08:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless 5300 AGN
[Shiloh] Network Connection

using N-mode

isn't really easy to reproduce... this just happens some now and thens
(1-2times a month) - can occur on high network loads and also on nearly
idle networking..

uname -r: 2.6.31-16-generic  also was there with -14 and -15
