[Bug 494198] [NEW] "usb_storage" blocks suspend/hibernate for a minute

Public bug reported:

Before suspending/hibernating really started there was always a big
delay (at least a minute).

So I followed https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingKernelSuspend and found
out that the kernel module "usb_storage" caused the problems. I don't
know if that's the initial problem but at least suspending/hibernating
is started withing a few seconds after this module is disabled.

Because of a few suspend/hibernates and some other things dmesg is a bit
messed up. I can provide a fresh one (or any other information) if you
need it.
