The problem could be fixed through the two follow commands but of course
this is no distribution fix. I don't know how the standard modules
handles this.

sudo -s
echo  'options lbm_cw_cfg80211 ieee80211_regdom="EU"' > /etc/modprobe.d/regdom.conf
